This body of work was made immediately after completion of my undergrad in 2017. I went to live with my dad and stepmom in Kalispell, MT for the summer. I rented a “studio” that was a garage outside of town and would paint in the afternoons before work. God’s Ten Commandments Park on Hwy 2 E in Columbia Falls was a inspiration for many of these paintings. Jake helped me produce a small book to coincide with the opening in October 2017.
